What others say

Hi all,Myself and my partner did the runamuck last week (1st, March), well done to all, it was a brilliant day and hilarious fun – we braved the 10km.We will definitely return in October but this time with a much bigger group. I don’t think I have ever seen so many adults of all shapes and sizes have so much fun, everyone was laughing!

Hi Paul,I just wanted to drop you a quick email to thank you and your team for a most wonderful event.  We totally enjoyed doing it and I think we all laughed our way around twice.  It was a fun course and everything was impressively well organised.  Possibly one of the best aspects of the day was the incredible atmosphere though.  Everybody was in such good form; both the competitors and staff.  I don’t think I’ve ever been around 4000+ positive & cheerful people.  It was great !Please pass on our thanks to all involvedMany thanks, Maura Ryan

Dear Paul,Hilary and all the team,Hope you are well and buzzing after such a successful Run A Muck on Saturday March 1st.The Course was incredible, the atmosphere fantastic and we all enjoyed the many obstacles and challenges we took on while screaming, laughing, singing and working together. This was my first year to take part. Our group decided to set the goal in November last year to take part and transform from a group, the majority who had never run,to a group who challenged themselves to run and get up to 5k before March arrived and we did it!! Thanks to the help of our fitness guru mate, she trained us up and we all supported each other and worked our butts off….literally.We became The Average Joe’s Team.A team of 8 who had such a ball on your wacky and creative course!!! We finished feeling so proud of ourselves and of each other and of course covered head to toe in muck!!!!Since we did the run,we have doubled the number of friends and family who want to run in October with us when The Average Joe’s will return for “Take 2”.Thanks a million for an awesome day out, definitely one we’ll never forget. You’re hard work and dedication made run a muck so unique and fun!!Kindest Regards, Alison Campbell (Avergage Joe’s Team member

Dear Paul, I just want to say a big thank you to you and all those involved in organising the Run- a – Muck challange. It was an amazing day and the camradrie out on the course was heart warming- I have no doubt I wont feel so supple or so generous tommorow or for the rest of the week. I do however look forward to competing in your next event. Once again I wish to express my gratitude to you, the rest of the organisers and the people who generally worked at the event for giving me such an enjoyable day.Kind regards Mick Walsh

Paul,Well we finished our run a muck on Saturday.First timers. We had a brilliant time, it was so so so exciting, though hard, will know to train a bit more next time.We have not laughed so much in years, and still laughing. Will certainly be doing it next time, with a few more friends and family with us. Loved the guys on the mikes encouraging us to keep going to the finish line.It was great to see so many people and no shortage of help from other participants when needed, especially for me as I am quite small and got stuck a few times in the muck,I was laughing so much I could’nt help myself get out. Thanks a million.
